"Cricket for Fellowship, Unity and Peace"

THE INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP OF CRICKET-LOVING ROTARIANS

Object This Fellowship is for Rotarians and the Partners of Rotarians who have a love of the game of cricket. It encourages the playing of cricket between teams of Rotarians from clubs, districts or countries and encourages groups of Rotarians to meet together socially on appropriate occasions and at special cricketing events. Through such activities, acquaintanceships, leading to lasting friendships, will be encouraged with a consequent enhancement of international understanding and goodwill in furtherance of Rotary's Fourth Object.

Country, Regional or District Organization: It is intended that in each country, region or, if necessary, district, a local organization (committee) of the Fellowship will be established sufficient to maintain (a) a roster of members, (b) to organize and coordinate local playing and social activities, (c) to promote inter-district, inter-club and inter-country matches and social events, (d) to prepare and submit to the International Fellowship an annual report of the local Fellowship's activities, (e) to collect Fellowship Dues and remit to the Treasurer of the International Fellowship, and (f) to account for the collection and dispersal of any additional dues raised to meet the expenses of the local committee and its programme.

Annual Report to Members: The Secretary of the Fellowship shall prepare an annual report of the Fellowship's activities, sending copies, together with a copy of the most recent membership roster, to the General Secretary of Rotary International and to all members of the Fellowship

Officers of the Fellowship: The officers shall be: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Hon. Secretary, Hon Treasurer each of whom shall normally take office for a period of Two years.

Nominations for these offices shall be sent to the Chairman who shall, if there is more than a single nomination for any office, acting in conjunction with newsletter to all members Any members may object to such decisions by objecting in writing and in the event that more than 25% of the membership so object, then a postal ballot shall be held and a 2/3 majority of those voting is required to reverse the action opposed

Funding: The administrative costs of the Officers of the Fellowship will be met from funds held by the Treasurer. The Officers may levy a per capita membership fee stall member to supplement these funds. It will be the responsibility of country, regional and district organizers to collect these fees when requested and forward thein to the Fellowship Treasurer

The Fellowship shall not function in any country in violation of the laws of that country. All members of the Fellowship understand and accept that recognition of the Fellowship by Rotary International in no way implies legal, financial other obligation or responsibility on the part of RI or any Rotary district or club.

The Fellowship will function in harmony with established Rotary policies and shall not use the Rotary Name or Emblem in any way contrary to Rotary policy
